8th Annual

Deaf Awareness Day

April 22nd 11:30-4pm

This program is geared at promoting and increasing awareness about Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing culture.  DAD is held every Spring Semester, so if you would like to be part of our 8th Annual DAD as a speaker or a sponsor, please contact goda@geneseo.edu and let us know how you'd like to be involved.
 

 

Directions to SUNY Geneseo Newton Hall:

North (Rochester Area):

  1. Take 390 South to Exit 8 (Geneseo)
  2. At end of exit, turn right towards Geneseo (Rt. 20A)
  3. Continue approx. 6 miles
  4. Turn right at third traffic light (onto Main St.)
  5. Take first left after the fountain onto University Ave.
  6. Newton Hall is about half way down the hill, across from the first street on your right.

South (Dansville):

  1. Take 390 North to Exit 7 (Geneseo/ Mt. Morris)
  2. At end of exit ramp, turn right towards Geneseo (Rt. 63 North)
  3. Continue about three miles
  4. At second traffic light, turn left (onto Main St.)
  5. Take first left after the fountain onto University Ave.
  6. Newton Hall is about half way down the hill, across from the first street on your right.

North- West (Buffalo/ Batavia):

  1. Take I-90 East to Batavia Exit 48
  2. Take left at traffic light after toll booth (onto Oak St.)
  3. Continue on this road until second traffic light
  4. Turn left at this light at fork in road veer to the right (onto Rt. 63 South)
  5. Continue on this road for about 25 miles
  6. Once over bridge (in Geneseo), turn first left turn (Court St.)
  7. Take the second left onto University Ave.
  8. Newton Hall is about half way up the hill, across from the first street on your right.
 

Please park in lots C, F, or R, which are located on University Dr.(see map above)
