  The Facilities Planning & Construction office is the College's direct link with the State University Construction Fund (SUCF) and the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY). The office maintains the College's physical space inventory and notifies the appropriate agency when rehabilitation, renovation or repair needs to be undertaken on any capital college building. The office is the College's representative for all construction carried out on campus and the coordination of meetings with the S.U.N.Y. Office of Capital Facilities and other agencies and contractors associated with construction projects. The office also approves local projects and short form contracts needing an engineer's or an architect's stamp. Finally, the Facilities Planning & Construction office helps prepare the College's capital budget requests and performs inventories of campus real properties.
