Welcome to SUNY Geneseo’s Office of Institutional Research web pages.  Here is where you can find out information about students, faculty and staff of the College.  This is also where you can find a link to the online SOFI system, as well as answers to questions about the SOFI process. 

The primary mission of the Office of Institutional Research is to serve as a decision-support resource in planning, policy formation, and decision-making at SUNY Geneseo.  The primary responsibility of the Office is to maintain, manage, and report information on students, faculty and staff, academic programs, national and peer institutions, and higher education trends. The Office serves as the chief information clearinghouse for the university.
