Kudos
Meredith Harrigan, assistant professor of communication, recently received the Sandra Petrinio Dissertation Excellence Award from the Family Communication Division of the National Communication Association. She also received the Top Paper Award from the Interpersonal Division of the Eastern Communication Association for a research paper scheduled for presentation at the association this month.
Mary Mohan, associate professor of communication, will have an article she completed while on sabbatical published in the May edition of The Journal of Integrated Marketing Communications. Her article is "Place Branding, An Emerging Strategy to Rescue Main Street" and is based on her work in Rochester's South Wedge and other rural and urban villages.
