TIPS FOR GETTING AROUND GENESEO

Livingston Area Transportation Service (LATS):
Make sure you are getting on the bus of your choice because there are lots of LATS buses in Geneseo. In addition to the Geneseo Public Bus Service with the "Geneseo Shuttle" that is the local daily service and the "Geneseo-Rochester" weekend service, there are Livingston County Fixed Route buses and Dial-a-Ride service buses that transport in Geneseo. If there is no label on the bus and you are not certain, be sure to ask your driver.

Bicycles are a great way to get around the area with healthy benefits and there are bike racks on the front of each LATS bus! See how to ride LATS on the main page.

Recreational walking is another great way to maintain good health. The Geneseo Tourism web site maintains information about historic and recreational places to enjoy, including walking tours of Geneseo.
