Transfer Student Interviews
We recognize that as a transfer student, you may have questions specific to your particular situation, including the application process, transfer of your credit, financial aid, or detailed academic information. Touring the Geneseo Campus
General tours of the Geneseo campus are available Mondays - Fridays and on most Saturdays throughout the year. Tours are accompanied by an information session with an Admissions Counselor. Transfer-specific tours are offered Mondays at 1:00pm and Fridays at 11:00am and 1:00pm. Additionally, a Saturday transfer tour will be offered at 10:00am on March 9, 2013. The tour is a walking tour which lasts approximately 90 minutes. Feel free to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to enjoy light refreshments. Please dress comfortably and wear walking shoes to handle the small hills on our campus! Your tour guide will be a current student at Geneseo and a member of the Geneseo Ambassador program. You are welcome to bring as many family members as you would like on the tour; we would be happy to host you. Preparing For Your Visit
To assist you as you prepare for your visit to Geneseo, we are happy to provide some helpful information, including driving directions and information about lodging and dining options. You may also want to know a little more about our community as well as area attractions. We hope this helps you in your planning.
Upon Arrival
Upon arrival to the College, please come directly to the Admissions Office which is located on the first floor of Erwin Hall. As you face the College Green from the visitors loop, Erwin Hall is the third building on the left. The Admissions Office is open 8:00 - 4:15 pm, Mondays through Fridays. Individual appointments with an Admissions Counselor are available for you, however, interviews are not a requirement of the admission process at Geneseo.
