Carolyn Duffy Class of 2005

Carolyn Duffy

After a year off, I got a job as a Flight Attendant. I work for North American Airlines which is a fairly small, primarily charter airline. We have scheduled service to only three destinations: Accra, Ghana, Lagos, Nigeria, and Georgetown, Guyana. Besides those locations, we fly all over the world, mostly transporting the military troops wherever they need to go. In my almost two years working at North American I have been to places like: Cairo, Egypt, Bangkok, Thailand, Tokyo, Japan, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and Baku, Azerbaijan. Every destination I visit, I always try to immerse myself in the culture as much as possible, whether it be by eating the local food, talking to the local people or simply walking around exploring on my own.
