Pick up on Sunday, July 7, 2013 @ 9:45 am in New York City, 1 Penn Plaza, West 33rd Street, between 7th and 8th Avenue to Livingston Hall, Geneseo, NY (you should plan to arrive at the departure location by 9:30 AM as bus will leave promptly at 10:00 AM). Return trip: Pick up on Friday, August 2, 2013 @ 3:00 pm from Livingston Hall, Geneseo, NY and drop off in New York City, 1 Penn Plaza, West 33rd Street, between 7th and 8th Avenue.
Please note:
AOP will be providing free bus transportation from NYC to SUNY Geneseo for the 2013 AOP Summer Program on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all seats have been assigned, students needing transportation to/from SUNY Geneseo will need to make arrangements which will allow for their arrival in Rochester, New York by no later than 5:00 PM. Transportation arrangements from Rochester, New York to SUNY Geneseo can be made if you provide the AOP department with the following information by no later than Tuesday, July 2, 2013 by NOON: Mode of Transportation; Arrival Time; Airline and Flight # (if applicable). After this deadline date, students will be responsible for their own transportation from Rochester, New York, to the SUNY Geneseo campus which could cost as much as $85/each way.
