Cortland, N.Y. --Sophomore Kenny Athans (Victor/Victor) of the Genseso men's swimming & diving team (1-0) has been named State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Men’s Swimmer of the Week after a triple win in Geneseo's season-opening 160-134 win over Fredonia. Athans won the 200-yard butterfly (2:03.55) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:24.52) and swam on Geneseo’s winning 200-yard medley relay team (1:38.96).
