GENESEO, N.Y. – The Geneseo ice hockey team (15-8-1, 10-4-1 SUNYAC) appears in both national polls this week. In the USCHO.com poll, the Knights are second among “others receiving votes” (17th overall) and in the D3hockey.com poll, Geneseo is sixth among “others receiving votes” (21st overall).
The Knights close out the regular season Saturday, hosting Morrisville at 7 p.m. Geneseo opens the postseason Wednesday, Feb. 20 in the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) playoffs; the third-seeded Knights will host the sixth seed in a 7 p.m. quarterfinal game.
