Milkovich was named the 2010-11 SUNY Geneseo Female Athlete of the Year. Widely regarded as the best player to ever put on a Geneseo field hockey uniform, she led her Blue Knights to a record of 18-2, the program's first ever SUNYAC championship and their first bid to the NCAA Division III national tournament in 2010. Milkovich shattered the Geneseo record books with 15 goals, 13 assists and 43 points this year, all single season records. She owns the career assist mark of 36 and is the all-time leading scorer with 104 points, 22 more than the second placeholder. She is a four-time first team All-SUNYAC choice, the 2008 SUNYAC Rookie of the Year, the 2010 SUNYAC Player of the Year and the 2010 SUNYAC Tournament Most Valuable Player. A four-time All North-Atlantic Region choice, including three times on the first team, she culminated her outstanding senior season by becoming Geneseo field hockey's very first All-American, when she was named second team by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association. In addition, she was selected to participate in the NFHCA Division III Senior All-Star game and the business administration major with a 3.57 grade point average capped her year by being one of just four SUNY Geneseo students to receive the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Student Excellence.
