Interim Head Coach David Sylvester

David Sylvester was named interim coach of the softball program in January after three years as an assistant coach with the program. During that time he helped the Knights to a 66-55 record and three trips to the SUNYAC Championship Tournament.

Sylvester, who served as Geneseo's pitching coach, spent 14 years as a head coach at the high school level. He compiled a record of 150-73 in 12 years at Perry Central School and went 20-11 at Alexander Central School.

Sylvester is a 1985 graduate of Geneseo.
