GENESEO, N.Y. – The Knights won three of the four weekly swimming & diving awards from the SUNYAC, with juniors Brandon Peifer (Monroe/Monroe-Woodbury) and Emily Wanamaker (Camillus/Christian Brothers Academy) named SUNYAC Divers of the Week and sophomore Abby Max (New Hartford/New Hartford) honored as SUNYAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week.

Peifer swept the diving events as #22 Geneseo beat three SUNYAC schools to win Saturday's Geneseo Invitational. He scored 430.15 on the 1-meter board and 292.60 in the 3-meter event to win the SUNYAC award for the second time in three weeks.

Wanamaker’s two wins in the diving events stretched her winning streak to 11. She scored 428.6 on the 1-meter board and 248.85 in the 3-meter competition as the #25 Knights won the Geneseo Invitational, beating three conference opponents.

Max had a hand in three wins as the Knights won Saturday's Geneseo Invitational. She swam on placed first in the 500-yard freestyle, posting a time of 5:22.19, and led off both first-place relay quartets, helping the 400-yard medley team win in 4:06.39 and the 400-yard freestyle relay unit touch first in 3:41.88.
