| Head Coach Carly Ritchlin Carly Ritchlin begins her 10th year at the helm in 2012-13 and has posted a record of 97-44. In 2004, Ritchlin led the Knights to their best ever record of 14-2 and the ECAC Upstate Tournament championship. In her first year, she led Geneseo to a record of 10-5 with berths in the SUNYAC and ECAC Mid-Atlantic tournaments. Ritchlin spent one season as the part-time head women's lacrosse coach at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where she gained experience in all facets of an intercollegiate program including recruitment of qualified student-athletes, fitness training, contest and practice management and scouting. A 2001 graduate of SUNY Cortland, Ritchlin was a four year player and two year starter and captain for the nationally competitive Red Dragons. Ritchlin helped Cortland to a record of 53-16, three SUNYAC titles and three NCAA Division III championship appearances in her four seasons. A two-time All-SUNYAC selection, she held the school record for assists in a season with 33 and was third in career assists with 66 and 17th in career points with 118 at the time of her graduation. A native of Penfield, N.Y., Ritchlin holds a bachelor's degree in physical education with a concentration in adult fitness and has developed team strength and conditioning programs at both Cortland and RIT. In addition to her coaching duties, Ritchlin will serve as coordinator of the strength training center.
