Department of Career Development
During the academic year, organizations visit Geneseo to interview interested students for employment and admission to graduate school. In some instances, interested students may sign up for an interview by coming to Erwin 116. More often, however, an employer “prescreens” applicants in advance (for the purpose of identifying specific students for an interview). Students wishing to be considered for an interview must submit a resume to the Department of Career Development by Noon on the posted prescreen date.
Students will receive an e mail if they have been selected for a campus interview. Students must promptly notify the Department of Career Development if they cannot or do not want an interview for which they have been selected. Last-minute cancellations reflect poorly on the College and other students.
Questions? See Ms. Phyllis Wixom in Erwin 116 and be sure to ask for more detailed job descriptions and/or employer literature.
All interviews will be held in the Department of Career Development (Erwin 116) unless otherwise specified in the listing below.
