Winter Break Alumni/Parent Shadow Program!

This form must be completed after reviewing the Excel spreadsheet attached to the email containing this form.  After reviewing that spreadsheet (which contains the names, career fields, and geographic locations of alumni/parent shadow hosts), please complete the questionnaire below regarding your top 3 shadowing preferences and your contact information. Please do not contact volunteer alumni/parent hosts on your own.  Alumni have not given permission for students to contact them directly.  The Office of Career Development will match your preferences on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you are successfully matched with an alumni/parent host, you will receive an email from the Office of Career Development about the match by approximately December 7, 2012.
