Campus Cash Account Terms and Conditions

  • There is a minimum deposit of $25.00
  • Each individual is responsible for managing his/her account
  • No individual account can be accessed by anyone other than the cardholder; the card is non-transferable
  • The card will be confiscated if used by an unauthorized individual
  • Lost or stolen cards need to be inactivated immediately from the online card office - www.geneseo.edu/cas; only the balance on the card at the time the card is reported missing and invalidated can be protected
  • There is a replacement charge for lost, stolen or damaged cards
  • After 12 months of inactivity, a fee of $3.00 per month will be assessed on the account
  • Cash refunds are not made for returned merchandise purchased with the account
  • The account holder agrees to abide by all rules, regulations and procedures identified by CAS
  • The account is taxable at the point of sale
