myVoicemail
myVoicemail is a web based system that allows you to personalize your communications options and manage calls and messages in the way that is convenient for you. In addition, messages can be checked from your computer using your web browser or an email inbox. myVoicemail is free and is available by request for faculty and staff by completing a CIT Telephone Services Request Form.
Before getting started, please note the following changes:
- Mailbox number is referred to as ID
- Mailbox security code is referred to as PIN (Phone Identification Number)
- If you are accessing the system from your office phone and it is not a shared extension or multi-line phone, you no longer have to enter your ID (formally mailbox number) --> the system automatically knows it --> you just have to enter your PIN.
