Information Sheet

The information sheet was sent to each student's permanent home address on file with the Registrar's Office the week of March 14, 2011.

They were mailed to those students who had filed an Application to Graduate by March 11, 2011.

If you did not recieve a copy by March 28, 2011, please call the Office of Campus Scheduling & Special Events at 585-245-5500 and we will be happy to send you one.

Those students who file to graduate after March 14 will receive one at the time they submit their application.
