Graduate degree, non-degree, and graduate non-matriculated students
Payment in full of tuition and fees is due no later than Tuesday, January 22, 2013.
Registration Matriculated graduate students will be sent an email necessary for Spring 2013 KnightWeb registration in time for the advance web registration period. Please read the instructions Students who have an outstanding financial or other obligation to the College will not be permitted to register until the hold is cleared. Beginning October 29, 2012 and continuing through January 22, 2013 registrations by mail, fax, or in-person will be processed in the Graduate Office, Erwin 106 (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Mail or fax (585-245-5032) registrations are processed in the order received.
Early registration is highly recommended.
Payment is due by January 22 for all graduate students (so register early and assure your space in the classes you need!)
Late registrations with payment in full will be accepted in the Graduate Office, Erwin 106, January 23 through 27, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A late registration fee of $40.00 will be assessed beginning on January 23rd.
Graduate Non-Matriculated Students Students who wish to enroll in courses as non-matriculated graduate students may register by mail, fax, or in-person. Tuition and fees are to be paid in full at the time of registration. Non-matriculated students who mail or fax registration information will need to include payment. Accepted payment includes check or money order (made payable to SUNY Geneseo), or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, or Discover).
Registration is on a space-available basis only. To be considered for this status, students must complete the Graduate Application for Non-Matriculated Status Form and the Graduate Registration Request. Transcripts (unofficial) from any institution of higher education previously attended are required for non-matriculated status. A student may hold graduate non-matriculated status only once and is limited to a maximum of six semester hours of graduate credit. Non-matriculated students are ineligible to receive financial aid.
Registrations received by mail or fax will be processed on January 22, 2013 in the order they were received. Registrations received by mail or fax will be processed only if payment accompanies the registration. In-person registration will occur on January 22, 2013 in Erwin 102 between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Tuition and fees are to be paid in full at the time of registration. Registration confirmations are available on KnightWeb. New ID card pictures will be taken by Campus Auxiliary Services on January 22 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Blake A108. To obtain a SUNY Geneseo ID Card, a photo ID and a copy of your schedule are required.
