Layout 1: 

This layout is only used for the homepage.

 

Layout 2:

Page layout with two columns and the menu on the left.

Layout 6:

Note: Both Layout 5 and Layout 6 have areas that are collapsible.  For Layout 5, if area 6 is left blank, area 4 will fill that section and if area 7 is left blank, area 5 will fill that section.  For Layout 6, if area 6 is left blank, area 5 will fill that section.
