Below are examples of what each Format & Style combination will look like. The Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, etc. are selected from the Format drop-down menu. The h1-large, h2-grey, etc. are selected from the Styles drop-down menu.
To style text, highlight the text and then select a format from the Format drop-down menu.
Occasionally, you may need to further customize the appearance. To do this, select a corresponding style from the Styles drop-down menu. For example, select "Heading 3" from the Format menu and then select "h3-blue" from the Styles menu.
As a general rule of thumb, stick with the default Format settings for Paragraph and use headings sparingly.
Both headings and paragraph text should be aligned left (not centered or aligned right).
