Program Description:

In collaboration with Moscow State University, SUNY-Geneseo offers the opportunity to complete a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication with a track in Intercultural and Critical Studies and a Baccalaureate degree in Cross-Cultural Communication from Moscow State University.

Students who complete the program receive a diploma from both SUNY Geneseo and Russia’s leading university, Moscow State University. Grounded in the humanistic tradition and in contemporary social science, this program combines skills development with advanced coursework applying theory to communication contexts impacted by culture and technology. The program is for students from Russia and the United States. American students will need at least an intermediate proficiency in Russian, and will spend their Junior Year in Moscow. Russian students must obtain the required TOEFL and will spend their fourth year at Geneseo. For additional information on this program, you may contact Associate Professor Joseph Bulsys, or Jeannette Molina, Director Dual Degree Programs.
