More than 55 local and national companies, and government and nonprofit organizations will be on campus Thursday, March 6, at the college’s first Professional Job and Internship Fair, assisting graduating students with networking and finding career opportunities.
The fair is hosted by the Department of Career Development, which is expanding alumni hosts for internships and mentoring students as they explore various careers. Some of the employers attending the fair are Constellation Brands, Paychex, the Peace Corps, Teach for America and CGI Communications. Robert H. DiCarlo, associate director of internship opportunities, asks faculty members to promote the event to students.
• The fair is Thursay, March 6, from 1 to 4 p.m., in the College Union Ballroom.
