Q: How do I review my monthly I3 charges from Facilities Services?
A: Go to Geneseo Maintenance Management System (GMMS) and select FTR Choose under the Fiscal Reports heading on the menu. Select the Billing Cycle (month) you would like to view. Select the Account you would like to view. The drop-down menu is alphabetical by account name for the accounts you have access to. Select Submit. Clicking on the underlined work order number will bring up full details of that work order. This information is not limited to the billing month. Work orders that span more than one month will display all of the information for that work order. Use the "back" arrow to select another account or billing cycle.
