What is my Qualifying Gift?
In December, all alumni-athletes received a letter explaining his/her qualifying gift based on donations made to Geneseo last year and this year. That letter explains your qualifying gift based on donations made to Geneseo previous to the mailing date of the letter.
To qualify as a participant and help your team win, an alumni-athlete needs to make a $20 gift to The Fund for Geneseo OR match your gift to The Fund last year - whichever is greater.
So - if you made a $10 gift to The Fund for Geneseo this year - and no gift last year - you need to make an additional $10 gift this year to reach the $20 minimum.
If you made a $100 gift to The Fund for Geneseo last year - and have not yet made a gift to The Fund this year - you need to match your $100 from last year.
