From the Permanent Collection, is the first opportunity since the late 1980s that the Geneseo College and the community will be able to view works from collection. This exhibit consists of eighteen works, most of which are prints, which make up the great majority of the colleges collection. There are works from the late 1960s and 1970s as well as donations and purchases made since 2009. Included are two works by Tom Laidman from the August 2010 donation by his wife, Janet Laidman, a William (Bill) Majors lithograph, a Michael Teres reticulated digital photograph, a painting by Richard Harrington and many others. I sincerely hope that the college, local community, and the LLB Galleries tireless supporters will attend the reception on Saturday, October 30 and 6 p.m.
Artists: David Bumback, Gertheimer, Richard Harrington, Hawkins, Edna Hibel, Catherine Kernan, Tom Laidman,George McNeil, William (Bill) Majors, G. Peterson, P. Resika, Madeline Rabb, Celia Reisman, Michael Teres, S. Washburn and Amy Williamson.
