The James Houston Ambassador in Innovation

Eng is preserving the oral histories of immigrants to gain a more comprehensive perspective of their experiences, inspired by his own grandmother, who came to New York City from China as a teenager. The project also recognizes the quiet contributions immigrants and other "everyday" people have in forming and being a part of American history.
