Health & Counseling will begin observing Geneseo's summer hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28th. For additional information on summer hours, including office closings, please see our Hours page.
Also please note that Health & Counseling will be hosting the 2013 College Health Symposium on Tuesday, May 21st at the Big Tree Inn in Geneseo; the Health & Counseling department will be closed for services on that date.
Students can have prescriptions from Wegmans delivered to campus: prescriptions are delivered Monday-Friday at 3:30 p.m. and can be picked up from Health Services. Students will need to bring their photo ID, phone number, and address in order to pick up prescriptions. If you have any questions about this service, call the local Wegmans Pharmacy at 585-243-9020 or visit www.wegmans.com/pharmacy.
For your convenience, you can schedule a variety of Health Services appointments ONLINE! That's right--do your own scheduling simply by going to our student web portal at myhealth.geneseo.edu. (NOTE: the Health & Counseling web portal is separate from Geneseo's Banner system and completely confidential.) Students can also utilize the portal to send messages to clinical staff and cancel existing appointments.
Please note that the Counseling office will be CLOSED for clinical services during the summer (June 6th-August 7th). The Administrative Director of Health & Counseling, Melinda DuBois, is available as needed for consultation; she can be reached by calling 585-245-5716 (or 585-245-5736). In addition, Beth Cholette, Clinical Director for Counseling Services, will be in the office for Day 2 of each of the five first-year orientation sessions (late June/early July).
