Day 1:
Monday, April 16
Showing and discussion of "Easy A" in Newton 201 at 7:00 pm
A discussion that will be
analyzing this movie critically, with thoughts concerning
victim-blaming, shaming women for their sexualities, the
double standard of men being allowed to be sexual while women
are shamed, the morality of sex work and sexual harassment.
Day 2:
Tuesday, April 17
Vigil and Take Back the Night on
the College Green at 7:00 pm
A vigil and an event where we
invite survivors of sexual assault to speak out against sexual
assault followed by a march around Geneseo where women, people
of color and LGBT+ folks assert their right to be in public
spaces.
Day 3:
Wednesday, April 18
Day of Expression and the
Clothesline Project on the College Green at 11:00 am to 4:00
pm
The Day of Expression is a time
we encourage all people to speak out and perform on the
College Green.
The Clothesline Project is a memorial to those who have
survived sexual assault....and those who haven't. We invite
people to hang up scraps of fabric on a clothesline to
represent the suffering people have gone through via domestic
violence and sexual assault.

Tabling in the Union for sex
positivity trivia during the day
Discussion of Geneseo's sexual
assault policies (speakers to be announced) at 4:00 pm in
Newton 206
Day 5:
Friday, April 20
WALK A MILE IN HER SHOES
An event where we invite men to
show their commitment to stop sexual assault and raise
awareness about how they can help!
