• We are deeply saddened by the recent passing of Professor Bill Gohlman.  A talented educator, generous colleague, and friend, Bill’s 36 years of service to Geneseo made a lasting impact on the institution and department.  He will be missed.  President Dahl’s reflections on Bill’s career can be found here.

• We are pleased to welcome Professor Jennifer Lofkrantz to the history department!  Professor Lofkrantz will be teaching courses in Islamic history and African history in the 2012-2013 academic year.
