If you wish to apply for a Saratoga Terrace townhouse for the 2013 - 2014 school year, you should complete this application in its entirety. This year, we will be offering 2 chances to apply for a townhouse -- the initial opportunity (round 1) during the Fall 2012 semester, and the other (round 2) during the Spring 2013 semester. All students who are applying for a townhouse must pay housing deposits by Friday, February 1, 2013.

Only 1 application is needed for each townhouse group. The Townhouse Captain will receive all correspondence from the Residence Life Office pertaining to application status, priority numbers, and townhouse selection.
Townhouses can be gender-neutral, which means that you can apply for a townhouse with any of your friends, regardless of their gender identities.
In order for your townhouse application to be considered, you must fill
each space within the townhouse. For example, if you are applying for a 5-person townhouse, 5 students should be identified in the application. Townhouse Captains may request changes to submitted townhouse applications before Friday, November 9 (for round 1 of the application process) or Friday, February 1 (for round 2 of the application process) by sending a detailed description of these changes to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that you are awarded a townhouse for 2013 - 2014, you are responsible for filling your townhouse for both Fall and Spring semesters. If spaces are available in your townhouse at any juncture of the year, we may assign another student to your townhouse.
