I am now halfway through my second year here at SUNY Geneseo, and because I have come to love this place so much- time is flying! This has been my dream school ever since I was in high school, and I couldn't be happier that I chose Geneseo to spend my college career. It is the perfect distance from where I live outside of Buffalo, which I need because I love spending time with my family and my adorable dog, Riley. Geneseo is a quaint little town with the best sunsets around.

I was recently hired here at the International Student Services and Scholarship Office, and am very lucky to have landed such a great job on campus. In the past, I have worked at the school bookstore, as a camp counselor for two summers, and at an assisted living home as a dietary aide. I have done all sorts of things- but this is all new and exciting to me. I can't wait for all of the Orientations and experiences to come!

I currently reside in Ontario Residence Hall on the North side of campus, and lived in Onondaga Residence Hall on the south side last year as a freshman. Living on campus has been great; however, I am very excited to move off campus next year with my good friends. I have met so many people and learned so much by living on campus these past two years. If you have any questions or concerns about on-campus living or the process involved in finding an apartment, don't hesitate to ask me!

There are innumerable ways to get involved here on campus- and I truly believe that in order to become fully adjusted and comfortable here, you have to get involved in at least one club, sport or other activity! Personally, I am a part of Young Children's Council, in which we have elementary school pen pals and partake in teacher-oriented workshops, Alpha Phi Omega, a co-ed service fraternity, and the Royal Lady Knights (RLK), a social-service organization. I am passionate about community service and spending time with all the friends I have made because of these organizations. If you would like to find out more about them, I'm your girl!
