2011 ECAC Upstate Women's Lacrosse All-Stars

The Eastern College Athletic Conference announced the members of the 2011 Division III All-Upstate Women's Lacrosse team and Geneseo first year attack Caroline Buonocore earned a spot on the team and was named the Rookie of the Year.

Buonocore paced Geneseo with a school record 73 goals with five assists for 78 points and adds the ECAC honor to her IWLCA first team All-Empire Region, first team All-SUNYAC and SUNYAC Rookie of the Year recognition.
