Cortland, N.Y. – Senior Shannon Spusta of the Geneseo women’s soccer team (3-10-3, 2-5-2 SUNYAC) has been named to the State University of Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) women’s soccer all-star team. Spusta was a third-team selection as a midfielder.

Spusta started every match and was the Blue Knights’ top scorer (three goals, six points). She scored all three goals in Geneseo’s final five matches -- , helping the team go 3-1-1 in that span – starting that stretch with the game-winning score in the Blue Knights’ 1-0 win at Oswego.

She finishes her two-year Geneseo career with 17 points (six goals, five assists) in 36 matches.
