● French Film (with English subtitles) : Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis/ Welcome to the Sticks
This comedy box office sensation is about Philippe Abrams, a postal administrator from the south of France, who is forced to accept a two-year transfer to the town of Bergues, in the Far North of France. Leaving his child and wife behind, he departs for this unfamiliar destination with its cold climate and inhabitants who speak an incomprehensible dialect called Ch'ti. Many hilarious experiences ensue and Philippe soon realizes that his preconceived ideas were nothing but prejudices.
