Textbook Selection Policy

The choice of textbook adopted for each course is viewed as the responsibility of the individual instructor. It can differ from section to section of the same course in the same semester.

The following courses are exceptions:

            Math 221        Calculus I

            Math 222        Calculus II           

 and

            Math 140        Mathematical Concepts for Elementary Education I

            Math 141        Mathematical Concepts for Elementary Education II

and

             Math 360        Probability and Statistics I

             Math 361        Probability and Statistics II

For these course sequences, the instructors, in consultation with the curriculum committee, will come to agreement on a common text.
