The State University of New York at Geneseo is among 15 colleges and universities named a higher education value by Yahoo! Finance.

The highly viewed financial news and research Web site highlighted Geneseo's high quality yet affordable liberal arts education in its review of "15 Fantastic Higher Education Values."

Among others on the list were the University of Virginia, Arizona State University, University of California at Santa Barbara, Iowa State University, the University of Colorado and Hunter College (part of the City University of New York system).
