Students will be engaged in core coursework in addition to their participation in a specialized freshman seminar and planning forum. Students will participate in one course in each of the five areas of study: Independence/Independent Living, Vocational Skills, Functional Mathematics, and Functional Literacy/Reading, and Social/leisure. Additional hours may be needed for specific focus area requirements.
