They monitor journals in many areas of philosophy, as well as archives and personal pages. They also accept articles directly from users, who can provide links or upload copies.

Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy (SEP):  Sponsored by Stanford University, this site has information on anything from Plato to Kant to Aesthetics.  If you're looking to write a philosophical paper or for information on a specific philosophical topic, the SEP is a great place to start.  The articles also include extended bibliographies for further reference.

Philosophical Gourmet:  If your looking to apply to graduate school in philosophy, The Philosophical Gourmet is invaluable.  The website ranks the top analytic philosophy graduate schools in the world, and provides links directly to the school's philosophy department website.
