The women's varsity tennis team won its second consecutive SUNYAC title on Sunday, Oct. 7, at the Binghamton Tennis Center.
The women's varsity tennis team won its second consecutive SUNYAC title on Sunday, Oct. 7, at the Binghamton Tennis Center. Coach Jim Chen and the players entered the competition as the No. 1 West seed, with a record of 9 wins and 1 loss in the season. They defeated the top East seed, New Paltz with a 5-0 win. Geneseo has won four SUNYAC titles in women's tennis in the past five years and six overall.
Geneseo will compete in the NCAA Div. III Championships in May 2013.
