Mike Woods, head coach of Geneseo's men's and women's cross-country teams, recently led both teams to win the SUNY Athletic Conference championships.

He also was honored as SUNYAC Coach of the Year for both men's and women's cross-country, an accomplishment he has earned nearly two dozen times. Woods has earned Coach of the Year for women's cross-country 11 times. He has earned it 10 times for men's cross-country. He has earned the most Coach of the Year awards in each of those sports than any other SUNY cross-country coach in history.
