SEFA campaign meets the goal

Geneseo's annual SEFA campaign closed last Friday, with 237 faculty and staff participants raising more than $50,770 for local, regional and national organizations that help those with needs.

The lofty academic standards which are established for Geneseo students — and the achievements of Geneseo students who are successful— are often talked about. But, as faculty and staff members, we are overachievers, too," said campaign co-organizer Kevin Hahn, assistant director of college housing. "... Together, we exceeded our fundraising goal of $50,000. We hope that all of us will remember this achievement for a while ... Thanks in all sincerity for making our SEFA campaign a success, this year and every year.
