Ready for what comes next? Prepare yourself for the new challenges and opportunities that you will encounter in the year after you graduate. Attend our sessions designed to help you prepare for life after college. Sessions are presented by guests or Geneseo alumni, faculty, and staff.

Taste of 'Toga

No more meal plan… What are you making for dinner? Ramen again? Come learn a few basic cooking skills that will assist you in preparing healthy, inexpensive meals for the rest of the year. Enjoy food samples as you learn from campus Chefs!

Meeting the People Who Will Change Your Life (GOLD Event)*

We all have personal networks. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 70% of all jobs are found through networking. This workshop will lead you toward developing your professional network. College Advancement will share techniques to make you an effective net worker with particular emphases on the Geneseo Alumni network. Seeking opportunities to learn more about a particular career field through networking? Attend the 10th Annual Career Connections Brunch. This event will give current students the opportunity to network with Geneseo alumni and learn about their career experiences. The Career Connections Brunch will help students develop their networking skills, gain career advice, and be better prepared for life after Geneseo. Must register by 10/10/14 here.
