Build a Budget and Avoid Moving Back Home!*

Rent, utilities, cable bill, groceries, car payment, health insurance… who knew how expensive being a grown-up was? Join Bonnie Swanson from Key Bank and learn tips and advice about money management so you can be ready for the real world once you leave college.

Make the Right Impression* (PD Credit Pending)

Location: MacVittie College Union Ballroom

Have a cocktail event as part of your interview schedule? What do you do if someone offers you a drink at the weekly office happy hour? This workshop will explore how socializing in and around the workplace can affect your personal and professional experiences and how to approach it. Light snacks will be provided along with one beverage per person (wine, beer, or a non-alcoholic spritzer). *Pre-registration is required. Everyone is welcome but only those of-age will be served alcohol. 

Seminar on Survival (S.O.S.)*

SOS features five expert alumni panelists; each panelist will discuss the most important issues facing young adults as pertains to their area of expertise (personal finance, lawyer, insurance, human resources and professional organization). This program focuses on real-life questions and concerns of Geneseo students about to graduate.
