Etiquette Dinner (Pre-Registration Required)*

Location: MacVittie College Union Ballroom

No matter your field of study, this dinner will educate you on how to conduct yourself socially, an important factor to being a successful leader. Networking etiquette is often a confusing maze for many during the job search or the first few years. Join us for an evening that will include a first class dinner and dessert while our speakers guide you through the experience with valuable tips and tricks. Seminar on Survival (SOS)*

SOS features five alumni panelists, each an expert in their field: Lawyer, Human Resources, Personal Finance, Insurance and Personal Organizer. Each panelist will discuss the most important issues facing young adults as pertains to their area of expertise. Whether you live on campus, on Court Street, or at home, it may be time for you to start thinking about where you will live after graduation.  Learn about your rights as a renter, how to work with a real estate agent or broker, and how to find an affordable apartment that suits your needs. Presenters: Wendi Kinney (Assistant Dean of Students for Fraternal Life & Off Campus Services at SUNY Geneseo) & John DiSarro (Director of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs at the University of Rochester and a Geneseo Alum).
