Saratoga Terrace

About Saratoga Terrace:

Location:  Central Village

Housing Type:  Townhouses (4-person and 5-person)

Class Years:  Juniors and Seniors

Features:  Each townhouse is equipped with either 4 or 5 single bedrooms, a full kitchen including a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, sink, and dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, and ample storage space.  All townhouses are air-conditioned.  Areas aside from bathrooms and storage areas are carpeted, and living rooms are furnished with a couch and 2 chairs as well as coffee and end tables.  A dining room table and chairs are also provided.

We expect Saratoga Terrace residents to learn to live independently.  Items provided for traditional residence halls (e.g., toilet paper) are not supplied to townhouse residents.  In the winter, residents are also asked to shovel a path between their doors and the Saratoga walkway.

Open during break periods for all of its residents, Saratoga Terrace is an ideal community for international students and athletes.
