The Staff Selection
Committee is looking for returning RAs to apply for the Townhouse RA
position (rising juniors welcome!), and we wanted to give you all a
brief idea of what we are looking for in a Townhouse RA.
Do you consider yourself a self-starter? (This is not RA retirement. Townhouse RAs must be motivated and dedicated.)
Are you able to work independently?
Do you have strong administrative skills?
Are you a creative programmer that can reach out to upperclassmen with your programming efforts?
you answered yes to all or most of these questions, then you could be a
great fit for this position. There are also lots of great perks that
come along with the job as well! These include: three duty nights
(Thursday, Friday, and Saturday), small team to work with, extra storage
space, your own personal kitchen, the ability to bring friends to live
in your townhouse with you, increased responsibility (advising hall
council, submitting work orders, and managing the office), and air
