Writers House
EcoHouse
Dante House
Gender Neutral Housing

If you are interested in applying to be a Resident Assistant in one of these unique living environments, more information and supplemental questions can be found in the later portion of this application. Please know that applying to be a Resident Assistant in one of these areas is completely voluntary and choosing not to do so will not have a negative impact on your application status or candidacy.
ECOHOUSE QUESTIONS
EcoHouse provides a space for students who are interested in issues of sustainability and social justice to live together. As the newest of the Residential College Houses, the staff and residents are working hard to create house traditions and establish the EcoHouse identity.
GENDER NEUTRAL HOUSING QUESTIONS
Genesee Hall provides Geneseo students with the option of "gender-neutral" housing. This means that you can form a suite-group in Genesee Hall regardless of suitemates' or roommates' gender. The College does not assign gender-neutral housing to students who have not requested it.
WRITERS HOUSE
Members of Writers House will have the opportunity to participate in readings and workshops presented by visiting writers, share their own poetry, stories, journalism, drama, song lyrics, graphic novels, etc. with other members of the House, work together on student publications, and take courses in the seminar room in Seneca Hall. Students invited to live in Writers House will be expected to participate in the House’s unique culture and to support the community’s expectations and goals.
