Reunion 2012 Arrival and Check-In Information
Registration and reunion headquarters Hours of Operation:
Friday, July 13th
3:00 - 8:00 p.m. Milne Library
Saturday, July 14th
8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Milne Library
Please check-in at Reunion Registration when you
first arrive to campus.
Name tags, an updated schedule of activities, campus
maps and other reunion materials will be distributed.
On-Campus Lodging:
If you will be staying on-campus, first stop at Summer
Reunion Registration in Milne Library to receive your lodging information and pick-up your Reunion materials.
We encourage you to arrive and
check-in during our registration hours. If you must arrive late, please
report to Erie Hall for further instruction.
Review the list of provided items and what to bring from home.
Check-out is between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. Return your bed linens and towels to the lobby of your building, key/code must be returned to the staff member on duty.
Parking:
Summer Reunion guests staying on-campus are encouraged to park in lots R and F. For those of you not staying on-campus, all lots are open to the public after 3pm on Friday. Limited handicapped parking will be available; please notify us in advance if you require handicapped parking.
