All-Alumni Happy Hour at Letchworth Quad

Pat LeFrieda angus burger (GF if on GF roll): special blend of chuck and short rib cooked to perfection and served on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato and onion

Smoked pulled pork (GF if on GF roll): house-smoked and served on a brioche roll with BBQ sauce

Grilled chicken breast (GF if on GF roll): served on a Greek yogurt wheat bun with lettuce, tomato and onion

Black bean burger (VT) with fried green tomato and roasted tomato drizzle

Cheese lovers melt (GF if on GF roll): sourdough bread with choice of three cheeses: American, provolone, Swiss, ghost pepper jack or mozzarella

Firehouse melt (GF if on GF roll): sourdough bread with pulled pork, ghost pepper jack, dill pickles and BBQ sauce
