Safe Zone programming is scheduled regularly throughout each semester (see schedule below). To reserve a seat at a future Safe Zone program please contact Christie Reed by email or at 245-5716. If your department or group would like to request an additional program, please contact the Safe Zone coordinator Alex Carlo by email or at 245-5716. Please keep in mind that Safe Zone programs are typically done between the hours of 8am and 6pm and require two hours of time.

Interested in becoming a Safe Zone Peer Educator?
Any student who has participated in a Safe Zone workshop during the last 3 semesters and wants to be involved in educating others about Safe Zone and issues affecting the LGBT community is invited to join us on Thursday, February 7th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in Newton 213 for a training session. Please reserve a place by sending an e-mail to carlo@geneseo.edu by February 6th with your name and the semester you participated in a Safe Zone workshop.
